Mission

To establish Northern Border University as a leading research hub for monitoring and analyzing human and social phenomena in the region and the Kingdom, while fostering an environment that encourages research and innovation. The Center aims to empower faculty members to contribute effectively to regional and national developmental goals. 

Objectives

1. To activate and reflect the University's mission, vision, and strategic plan in scientific research programs.
2. To identify research priorities through proposing themes aligned with regional and national developmental plans.
3. To review and evaluate research proposals submitted to the Center.
4. To offer workshops, courses, seminars in the field of scientific research.
5. To provide research, statistical, and linguistic consultation services to faculty members and postgraduate students.
6. To align and partner with regional development initiatives, such as Strategic Office for the Development of the Northern Borders Region.
7. To align and collaborate with national development programs such as the Human Capability Development Program and the Quality of Life Program under Saudi Vision 2030.
